Delivery Costs

Delivery for all orders placed through the online store www.varzakmed.hr is charged. The delivery cost is automatically calculated by the system based on the predefined price list of the courier service (GLS or Croatian Post), depending on the country and delivery address.

Products paid according to the issued pro forma invoice will be delivered to the Customer within 3 – 10 business days, depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery Process

Delivery is carried out by the Seller through reputable courier services (GLS, Croatian Post).

All products will be packed to ensure they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport.

The Customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt and immediately report it to the courier who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the package if visible external damage is present. The Customer must sign the delivery note upon receipt, which the courier service considers confirmation of delivery.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, the Customer will be informed to agree on a new delivery date. In such cases, the Customer also has the right to terminate the Contract.

All goods are insured against loss during delivery.

Delivery prices are clearly displayed on www.varzakmed.hr and include applicable VAT.

Order Status

During the processing of the shipment, the Customer will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of their order.
