Currency and VAT

Payments on the website www.varzakmed.hr are made in EUR. Prices are retail, expressed in EUR, and include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations. The price of each product is determined individually.

Price accuracy and changes

The process of entering prices is carefully controlled; however, as the entry involves a human factor, errors are possible. All listed prices apply to online purchases, regardless of potential differences compared to other sales channels.

The seller reserves the right to change prices and/or terms without prior notice, as well as the right to define discounts and promotions (daily, weekly, for individual products or product groups). Such benefits may apply exclusively to online purchases, which will be clearly indicated before completing an order.

Regardless of any changes, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices valid at the time the order was confirmed.

Available payment options

• Credit/debit cards – we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and JCB. Card payments are processed through secure payment service providers, fully compliant with PCI DSS standards. Card details are not stored on our servers.
• Online banking / bank transfer – by choosing this option, you will receive a proforma invoice with all the necessary details for payment. The order will be processed after the payment has been received.
• PayPal – payment via your PayPal account, in accordance with PayPal’s rules and security standards.
• Revolut – payment via the Revolut system, if available in your country/currency.
• Klarna – options such as instalments or deferred payments may be available, depending on your location and Klarna’s approval process.

Note: Cash on delivery is not available.

You can make the payment via online banking or at a bank, post office or financial service provider. Please include your order number in the payment reference to ensure faster processing. After the payment is received, we will confirm the order and dispatch it.

All online payment channels use TLS encryption and the security standards of certified payment service providers. Varžak M does not store or process your card details; all transactions are carried out exclusively through secure third-party systems.
