Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Varžak Med online store and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. The policy is in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the goods covered by the contract are delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the merchant within the stated period by sending an e-mail to info@varzakmed.hr, stating the decision to withdraw from the contract and attaching the invoice or other proof of purchase.
Conditions of return
Returns are only possible for products that are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original and undamaged packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. The right to return goods applies only after the customer has provided a timely notice of withdrawal, and the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of sending the notice of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of return
According to legal provisions, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of the supply of goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. This applies in particular to food products, including honey and food packages. Returns are only possible for unopened and unused products. In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products, the customer has the right to claim a refund of the full amount, including the cost of delivery and return.
Refund of payment
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods and confirmation that all return conditions have been met, the merchant will, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, refund the amount paid by the customer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and provided that no additional costs are incurred. The merchant may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Return procedure
- The customer must send a notice of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods to info@varzakmed.hr, attaching the invoice or other proof of purchase.
- After confirmation of receipt of the notice, the customer sends the goods to the merchant’s address: Varžak M – obrt, Vrbovo Posavsko 54, 10411 Orle, Croatia.
- Once the goods have been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the return status, and the refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.
This policy comes into effect on the date of publication and applies to all contracts concluded from that date onwards.
