Terms of Use of Varžak M Online Store

By using this website and online store (hereinafter: “Website”), the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Use and fully accept them. If the user does not accept these terms, they are advised not to use this Website. Varžak M reserves the right to change the content, functionalities, access conditions, and use of the Website without prior notice, including but not limited to partial or complete suspension of services, temporary unavailability, or technical modifications.

The user undertakes to use the Website exclusively in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union, as well as the rules and ethics of internet communication, without infringing the rights of other users or third parties.

Prohibited actions:

  • unauthorized copying, downloading, modification, or distribution of content published on the Website,
  • inserting malicious code, viruses, or other forms of harmful software,
  • enabling or attempting unauthorized access to administrative areas of the Website or functionalities not intended for end users.

Varžak M is not liable for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or improper use of the Website, including damages caused by technical errors, interruptions, security breaches, or unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, source code, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and is the exclusive property of the rights holder or used under a valid license.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or use of Website content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent of the rights holder.

User Registration

By registering on the Varžak M online store, the user agrees to the Terms of Use of the Connect Marketplace platform, of which Varžak M is an integral part. The user account created during registration allows access not only to Varžak M but also to other stores within the Connect Marketplace system, which may offer different products and services.

The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration, as well as for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized use of the user account or suspicion of a security breach must be reported immediately to the platform administrator.

By registering, the user acknowledges that the system is shared across multiple stores and that data within it may be used to facilitate shopping, provide customer support, and improve user experience across all connected stores.

Contract Withdrawal

The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal and return of goods may be submitted to us via:

A refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise, without incurring additional costs. Refunds will be made within the statutory deadline, no later than 14 days from the receipt of returned goods or proof that the goods were sent back.

Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution (ODR) in consumer matters, Varžak M participates in the resolution of consumer disputes for products and services purchased online.
